Facts

Body Butters: Here at natural Rockestarz, we pride ourselves in providing and keeping our products natural and free of harsh chemicals, preservatives, and stabilizers. However, as a result, our products are more susceptible to melting during the warmer months.

This is a natural reaction due to rising temperatures. We do not have any control over the melting of products during transit or delivery.

Though We Ship All Year Round, We recommend Stocking Up During The Cooler Seasons To Avoid Melting During Transit. In The Event, You’ve  Received Melted Body Butter, Immediately Place In The Fridge to Allow Time To Re-solidify.

Please Note: Though the quality and healing properties of our products are unaffected, once the body butter melts the overall appearance, texture, and product density will be altered. Whipping is the process of beating an ingredient vigorously to incorporate air bubbles to create a light fluffy texture. Once this texture is melted, then re-solidified, it will not return to the same fluffy light texture but more so like a balm.

Not only does whipping create a light and fluffy texture, but it also increases the size of the product, and lightens density. As a result of this if the butter melts once re-solidified the jar may even appear half-filled

Artisan Soaps: Regulations set forth by the FDA prohibits bath and body companies from making health-related claims about beauty products. We’re not medical or healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical or mental health conditions. The information in our listing pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.

Artisan Care, Artisan soaps prefer to dry in-between uses. Please use a draining soap dish to help prolong the life of your bar. These are rather large bars so feel free to cut them in half for easier handling as well as the opportunities to switch scents sooner.

More Artisan Soap Facts, Images are for reference only. Our Artisan Soaps are handmade in small batches, that being said each bar is unique in creation. No one bar is exactly like the other. Although we strive to recreate designs it is not always possible. There will be slight variations in color and designs as pictured.

Frequently Asked Questions

I received my body butter and my jar was not completely filled

The whipping of the butter creates a light and fluffy texture which also increases the size of the product and lightens density. As a result of this, if the butter melts, once re-solidified the jar may appear even half-filled. Please refer to “ body butter” under “ facts” for more information.

What to do if I receive melted body butter: In the event, you’ve received melted body butter, immediately place it in the fridge to allow time to re-solidify. Melting does not affect the beneficial properties of our products.

Why does my body butter now feel grainy? Whipped body butters have a fairly low melting point so it melts and softens very easily. If it cools too slowly it can become grainy. This is due to the various fatty acids in butter melting, cooling, and solidifying at different temperatures. This is really just the separation of fatty acids and doesn't mean the quality of the butter has been compromised.

Do you make anything that can treat skin conditions such as eczema?
